This morning on the news they were taking about Atlantic Beach in New Jersey and showing pictures of the Board Walk there, and I told Rick that I had been there. He was surprised.
I told him that this is where I had seen Trump Towers and had joked to Brian about us spending the night there. Of course we didn't. Instead we stayed at some little one story motel right on the beach. That was years ago. Trump Towers has since been imploded, but we got to see it in its heyday. Also, Brian and Reva are no longer with us either.
Brian, Reva, Brandon and I had covered several of the New England states on that particular trip. Brian had located a frame or front forks for a Triumph motorcycle in Connecticut that he was building from scratch. He was good at that sort of thing, and he eventually got his Triumph up and running, inspected, got a Title, license and was off. He loved to build and create things.
I found these pictures on Brian's Memorial Page, showed them to Rick and then thought I would share them here. I took a lot of pictures from our trip, but these are the only ones that I could quickly find. The iCloud has all the rest of our vacation pictures, and I have no clue how to retrieve pictures from the so-called Cloud.
